Skunk Ape Part 2

Ellie with this cool bird that would spread the feathers on his head to show off.

Paul and kyle with more snakes.  The kids were in HEAVEN!

Ellie with the snake

Do it ruin the picture if a bird has it's eyes closed?
We got to feed this tortoise named "cucumber"  cause that's what he loves to eat!

Look at how beautiful he is.  Animals really are so fascinating.  Cucumber was very nice and cooperative.

In fact, they even let Gabe ride him.

But Gabe was not interested.

Rachie fed Cucumber some flowers

Our guide was a character!  He chewed up some nuts and then fed his bird from his own mouth.  EWWWW. - If you look in the background of this place you will see tons of spider webs.  The place was ghetto.  The animals cages were clean and well taken care off- and you could tell they love the animals- but I just had a hard time with huge spider webs everywhere!

Paul holding a really cool  Macaw

Look at that beautiful girl! Oh- and the bird is pretty too:)

And this handsome guy!

Paul in heaven

Our guide went up to the gator and touched it on the head- it just swam away.

If you look closely you can see that this turtle is hanging out on top of an alligator's head.  LOL

Here is the gang- ready to go searching for that elusive Skunk Ape!

Go get 'em Gabe!

And our fun day at Skunk Apes comes to a close:)

  1. This is hilarious! My eye doctor believes in and hunts Big Foot. He went on and on about it at my appointment a couple of weeks ago. He knows I'm Mormon and wants to get onto the church ranch that's near Orlando to hunt him there. I guess there've been sightings there. I wonder if he's heard of the Skunk Ape.
